Mango Tango

Mango Tango

Director: Marianne Hettinger [All., 2009, 98 min., num., VOA]

Since Woody Allen’s neurotic relationship comedies and the cult series 'Sex And The City' we all know that single men in New York City are hard to come by. At least the ones who are not monogamy phobic or psychologically challenged. This is the painful experience Marlene, a dance teacher, is going through as well. In New York City's 'Gender Gap' she is looking for Mr. Right, only to meet with one disappointment after another. Finally fed up, she follows her therapist's advice, and takes a vacation in the German Alps, not knowing it's going to be a matter of life and death.
