Max Woodward

Frustrated with the size and isolation of his tiny country, Max fled New Zealand for Montreal's cinematic shores in 2013. Focusing his passion for animation filmmaking at Concordia university, he emerged with the usual lofty ambitions of a recent graduate. Finding work in the numerous animation studios sprinkled throughout the city, he was able to complete his first independent film and start writing the next. Founding Confettis Productions in 2021 with his two producing partners, he began work on his second independent film, A Night for the Dogs.
