Dog and Mirales, childhood friends, live in a small village and spend most of their days hanging out. Mirales has gotten into the habit of teasing Dog more than he should. That autumn, Dog meets Elsa, with whom he falls in love. The gap separating the two young men will allow them to grow up and discover their place in the world.
Jean-Baptiste Durand
Jean-Baptiste Durand is a French director and screenwriter. He graduated from the École Supérieure des Beaux-Arts de Montpellier. After practicing painting and drawing, he shifted his focus to cinema. He worked as a film technician and directed several short films that garnered attention at festivals. His debut feature film, Junkyard Dog (2023), received the Audience Award at the Angers Premiers Plans festival. He also won the César Award for Best First Feature Film in 2024.
