Hiding behind a wave of violence that sweeps over a little town, a mysterious person decides to settle some personal accounts. The barrage of clues found by police are confusing and the publicity surrounding the events further clouds the issue. Through no fault of her own, a young woman named Marie-Josée finds herself caught in the middle of all this.

Yves Simoneau
Yves Simoneau is a Quebec director, screenwriter, producer and editor, born in Quebec City. He garnered multiple Genie Awards nomination for his film Intimate Power (Pouvoir intime), including Best direction and Best scenario with Pierre Curzi. His 1987 film In the Shadow of the Wind (Les fous de Bassan) was entered into the 37th Berlin International Film Festival.
