Cheng Chao-an emigrates to Thailand and gets a job at an ice factory. He soon discovers that the company he works for is involved in drug trafficking and has no problem getting rid of workers it deems undesirable. Cheng will have to disobey his mother, who had ordered him not to use kung fu.
Lo Wei
Lo Wei was a Hong Kong film director and actor, known for his films The Big Boss (1971) and Fist of Fury (1972), starring Bruce Lee. He started his career as an actor in Sichuan and Shanghai during World War II, then moved to Hong Kong after the war. He directed hit spy and martial arts films for the famous Shaw Brothers studio, before becoming a cornerstone of Golden Harvest in 1970. He directed the company’s first film, The Invincible Eights, followed by The Big Boss, which propelled Bruce Lee to stardom. In 1975, he formed his own production company and gave Jackie Chan a chance in the 1976 Bruceploitation film New Fist of Fury.
