Neil Jordan
Neil Jordan is an Irish filmmaker, producer, screenwriter, and novelist. He had his breakthrough in 1984 with The Company of Wolves, a fantastical adaptation of the Little Red Riding Hood tale that blends elements of folklore and the werewolf myth. He won the Golden Lion at the Venice Film Festival for Michael Collins, a historical drama about one of the key figures in Ireland’s struggle for independence.
