Synopsis

Lucien, a philosophy student, wants to change his community, but the other students don't support his proposals...

Trouble-Maker
Trouble-Maker is a pivotal film bridging the commercial production of the years 1943-1955, which takes on the Hollywood style, (melodramatic) narrative devices, and the worship of heroes who are humiliated and defeated, and future works where the focus on the upheavals within Quebec society will align with a more rebellious, even provocative spirit.
Michel Houle and Alain Julien, 1978
