Official Selection, CINEMANIA 2026
After years of silence, two sisters in their 90s who are polar opposites reunite: one lives in the past, while the other is all about the future. Through buried trauma and scathing remarks, a long-hidden truth comes to light — and perhaps, a path to forgiveness.

At 83, Louise Forestier is a freer artist, more outspoken and more vibrant than ever. Structured in nine chapters, like the nine songs of her latest album, this "docu-sical" unfolds as an ode to nature and the passage of time. Through interviews and visual landscapes, Louise revisits her journey while offering a clear-eyed perspective on old age, transmission, and mortality. Far from being a farewell, Vieille Corneille celebrates creativity as an act of resistance and brings the artist's legacy to life with a luminous, vibrant voice.
