Where Everything Comes Together
The mission of the Centre d'art et essai de la Cinémathèque québécoise (CAECQ) is to primary program Quebec-made documentaries and independent fiction, as well as international documentaries, animated and foreign films, while encouraging opportunities for meetings between the public and the artists. Its programming is presented in conjunction with the Cinémathèque québécoise’s under the label New releases.

Through the detours of a correspondence project, we accompany young indigenous and non-indigenous people in a patient crisscrossing, at their level, between childhood and adolescence, until real bonds are created between them.
Guillaume Langlois
Born in Montreal, Guillaume Langlois lives and works in Saguenay. After studying art and political science, he made his mark as an editor before establishing himself as a documentary filmmaker. Today, he combines this role with that of teacher-researcher at the École supérieure en Art et technologie des médias. In 2024, he co-directed the film Atiku, Gardien du territoire and completed production on his first feature film, Là où tout se rassemble (2026).
