The Sommets du cinéma d'animation's Young Jury
Each year we have the great pleasure of assembling the Sommets du cinéma d’animation Young Jury.
This educational jury, composed of five young film lovers aged 6 to 8, is tasked with watching a selection of animated short films and awarding two special prizes:
- Best Film
- Best Character
Zelia Aubé, Joseph Bilodeau, Frédérique Bonenfant, and Gabriel Girard, members of our 2026 jury
Victor Grenier, Eliot Shaw Legault, Frida Driscoll, Rémi Hayward-Trouvé, and Olivia Alves da Cunha, members of our 2025 jury.
After a period of deliberation filled with lively discussion, their selections are revealed at the festival Awards Ceremony, in front of an attentive and enthusiastic audience.
This experience allows these passionate young film lovers to discover the world of animated cinema while developing their critical thinking skills and appreciation for the art.
Stay tuned for the call for applications for our next Sommets Young Jury !
