Maestro Issa
The recurrent cycle Noir.e.s à la caméra allows us to discover works directed or produced by African or Afrodescendant filmmakers throughout the history of cinema.
This documentary on Issa Saieh traces the singular journey of this son of Palestinian immigrants born in Petit-Goâve, whose adolescence took place in the United States in the 1930s, and who, 10 years later, accomplished a musical revolution in Haiti.
