Synopsis

On their way to Schefferville, an isolated village in northern Quebec, to settle the sale of a cottage, Sophie and Mathieu find themselves confronted with a serious and unexpected situation. Forced to stay longer than expected, while a police investigation is launched due to the limited means of the place, the couple finds itself isolated from the rest of the world, in contact for a rare time with the local Aboriginal reality. The couple's relationship is put to the test, as each of them takes an opposite path in the face of this oppressive situation, in this closed-door setting of the great outdoors.
