Full splash! - Le jaune s’affiche
Drawing from our collections, Full splash! - Le jaune s’affiche brings together around fifty posters from Québécois films to explore a color that is both vibrant and elusive. The exhibition invites visitors to immerse themselves into yellow's vibrations — luminous, joyful, and ambiguous — and to detect its echoes, both in the history of film posters and in Québec's cultural imagination.

Interview with Karine Savard: on a colour
To accompany the exhibition Full Splash! - Le jaune s’affiche, Marie-Douce St-Jacques invited several artists to share their reflections on the colour yellow. The graphic designer and poster artist Karine Savard was so generous in her responses that it seemed fitting to turn them into a blog post. Her work, which has drawn increasing attention in recent years, was notably presented at the Berlinale in 2024.
